Global Transition in the Time of Crisis

Sustainability Day for first-year Master’s students

How will the COVID-19 pandemic impact our abilities to address the climate crisis and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals? 2020 was supposed to be the “Super Environment Year” with key global conferences addressing climate change, biodiversity and the oceans. They all got postponed. Will the pandemic bring a halt to ambitions on climate policy and the sustainability agenda as many companies struggle to survive and countries focus on restarting their economies and save jobs? Or can the large public investments that are likely to be the result of the pandemic drive a positive green transition?

Online studies

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the School's international Master's programmes are guaranteed digital teaching throughout the autumn semester of 2021 (until 16 January 2022), for those students who do not have the opportunity to come to campus. As soon as we have further information on either the return to campus-based teaching or further digital teaching, we will post information on our Student Portal. Regarding campus activities, the School is following the governmental recommendations with the hope of a gradual return to campus-based activity as soon as the situation allows.

Temporary education online creates new challenges. To support you in handling these challenges, we provide you with tips on online studies.
